Our Experience: Sturbridge RV Resort is in a great location in central Massachusetts. We have stayed at this campground several times. Our favorite part about the campground is the staff and the active seasonal community. The sites in the safari field are very close together. So close that you cannot open your awning. There are sites up on the hill overlooking the lake. These sites are larger but the road is very narrow and turning your rig around take some patience. The campground excels at creating activities and events for the campers. During holiday weekends they have events almost every hour for all ages. The staff is so helpful and always very kind. Really they are the best we have seen at any campsite. There is an indoor swimming pool and spa pool that are well maintained. There are boats for the lake and the fishing is plentiful. We highly recommend this campground for families and retirees.
